When you finish writing your group's skit, practice it, and then you will present it to the class. Please write the skit on a Google Document so all member in the group may collaborate with each other in writing the script. Also, make sure all members in the group have equal participation in the lines they get to say in the dialogue.
g) Slides 58 - 60 In these slides you will have a chance to review the immediate future. Please take the time to review these slides and make sure you understand the structure of the immediate future and how to use it.
h) Slides 61 - 62 In slide 61 you have a text to read. This text is about what someone is doing during the weekend. In slide 62 you have a series of instructions related to slide 61. When you get to the part where you have to write the 12 questions with your partner, make sure the questions go from easy to difficult. Thus, you may have a few factual questions from the text, a few reflective questions where the text needs to be used as a reference, a few questions that relate to personal experience that are related to the topic of the text, etc.
6) **Essay** Write a 5 paragraph essay about what you are going to do during the weekend. In this essay you need to use the immediate future in Spanish to express what you are going to do. Below are the general requirements for the essay:
a) An interesting introduction paragraph. This paragraph should give the reader a clear idea of what you are going to talk about.
b) A body with 3 paragraphs. Each paragraph should talk a different activity that you are going to do during the weekend. Each paragraph needs to have an introduction sentence, supporting ideas, and a closing sentence.
c) A closing paragraph. This paragraph should allow the reader to clearly see the final and most important points that you want him or her to remember from your writing.
d) Cohesive devices. Make sure you use cohesive devices (and, or, however, furthermore, additionally, moreover, in conclusion, finally) to make your writing more fluid and coherent.
